March 25, 2010 - Miami, FL. Alexandra Castro assumes the presidency of Lumenlux & Associates, Inc. on April 1, 2010 after wearing many hats at Barbizon Florida. The move is a well deserved promotion for the fourteen year veteran of the international entertainment lighting industry.

The move comes after the founding president, Hiram Perez, made the decision to retire to dedicate more time to teaching and consulting. Hiram will continue to oversee the system integration portion of the company as principal consultant.
